The Manifesto for Agile Software Development is 23 years old.

When was the last time you read it? I’m sure most people remember the main “X over Y” section, but do you skip over the first sentence? “We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it.”

If you’re still working the same way you did a year ago, don’t blame Agile – think about how often you’ve inspected your approach and the experiments you’ve run to improve it. Are you trying to uncover better ways of working? If you need help with that, contact me!
